This notice explains what data we collect through the contact form, why we use it and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect
Through the form we may receive your full name, email address, telephone number, restaurant name, city, selected areas of interest and technical information about the page and referral source. We do not request special-category data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a demo or offer and take steps before entering into a contract. The legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing abuse.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure and communication providers acting on our behalf. The form message is forwarded to our company chat in Telegram. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place using safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
5. Retention
The website does not create a separate lead database. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, continue commercial discussions, comply with legal duties or establish, exercise or defend claims. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, receive portable data, object and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Security and automated decisions
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, form validation, submission rate limits and anti-spam measures. Form data is not used for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
